Tibetan Singing Bowl complete with handmade paper box with stick and cushion. A cast brass, hand finished singing bowl, made in Nepal, with cushion and stick in a gift box approx diameter - 9cm.
The tradition of singing bowls dates back to the time of the Buddha (560-480 BC) brought from India to Tibet along with the teachings of the Buddha. Singing bowls produce sounds that invoke a deep state of relaxation & assists in meditation.
